Tahal is the government-owned water planning corporation in [[Israel]]. It was responsible for building the expertly concealed shelters for [[Israel]]'s first nuclear missile field at Hirbat Zachariah. The smooth barrels through which the missiles would be launched were imported into the country marked as lengths of pipeline.[^1]
