[[Oscar Guerrero]] attempted to sell photographs of [[Israel|Israel's]] nuclear facility, provided by [[Mordecai Vanunu]], to *The Age*, but was rejected. [[Robert Maxwell]] later tried to buy *The [[Age]]* newspaper for $750 million [[Australia|Australian]], but this move was thwarted by the [[Australia|Australian]] [[Labor Party|Labor]] government's foreign ownership policy.[^1]
