[[Charles Dennis McKee]] was a Major and a senior member of the [[Middle East Collection 10]] (MC-10) cell in [[Cyprus]] and Beirut. He was on Pan Am Flight 103, along with [[Matthew Kevin Gannon]], when it exploded over Scotland. They had just returned from a mission in Beirut.[^1]
