summary: "Nick Land is an English philosopher who co-founded the Cybernetic Culture Research Unit at the University of Warwick in the 1990s, originated the right-accelerationist current that fed into the Dark Enlightenment, and whose CCRU-era writings on capitalism and technology as self-reinforcing feedback loops supplied the metaphysical register that Curtis Yarvin's Neoreaction supplied the institutional register for."
