Rajesh Rao is a computational neuroscientist who collaborated with [[Andrea Stocco]] at the [[Institute for Learning and Brain Sciences]] (I-LABS) at the [[University of Washington]] in [[Seattle]]. Their work focuses on [[Synthetic Telepathy]] and direct brain-to-brain communication[^1].
On August 12, 2013, Rao's laboratory, in collaboration with Stocco, demonstrated synthetic telepathy between two human test subjects for the first time in human history[^1].
