Person Victim Belgium 1980s X-Dossier

Carine Dellaert was a Belgian woman whose 1983 death was investigated as part of the X-Dossier. X1 (Regina Louf) described witnessing Dellaert's death at one of Michel Nihoul's parties, testifying that Dellaert had given birth during a party and was subsequently murdered. An autopsy of Dellaert's remains confirmed evidence of childbirth, corroborating aspects of X1's testimony with physical evidence unavailable to the public.¹
