[[Sidney Sheinberg]], President of [[Music Corporation of America|MCA]]/Universal, was critical of Giaquinto giving the contract to Northstar. Giaquinto expressed concern that Del Gaizo might carry out some type of threat or violence against Sheinberg to retain the contract.[^1]
