Carine Dellaert was a Belgian woman whose 1983 death was investigated as part of the X-Dossier. X1 (Regina Louf) described witnessing Dellaert's death at one of Jean-Michel Nihoul's parties, testifying that Dellaert had given birth during a party and was subsequently murdered.
