Mike Timpani was an individual who worked for GeoMiliTech (GMT), a Central Intelligence Agency-financed company. He was involved in various arms deals, particularly concerning the sale of C-130 aircraft to Iran.1

In April 1989, Mike Timpani was involved in a deal to sell three C-130s to Iran, working with Richard St. Francis of TransCapital and Joseph O'Toole. This deal was intended to be a go-between for Israel and Iran. He was slated to make a personal profit of $2 million from this deal.1
