Raw Blame History

Taiwan is an island nation in East Asia. It is mentioned in connection with Art Suchesk, a friend of Allan Boyak and a Central Intelligence Agency proprietary company runner. Suchesk repeatedly encountered Robert Booth Nichols in Taiwan, among other locations, over a two-year period after the Los Angeles Federal Bureau of Investigation dropped its interest in Nichols.1
