Matthew Kevin Gannon was a senior member of the Middle East Collection 10 (MC-10) cell in Cyprus and Beirut. He was on Pan Am Flight 103, along with Major Charles Dennis McKee, when it exploded over Scotland. They had just returned from a mission in Beirut.1
