Carl Stern was a public relations man for Janet Reno, the United States Attorney General. He interviewed Paul Wilcher on or about June 11, 1993, regarding the contents of a 100-page letter Wilcher had hand-delivered to Reno, which claimed that holdover United States Department of Justice employees from the Ronald Reagan-George Bush era were responsible for government cover-ups.1
